SCANDAL: The Rock Journey Continues
Hey Scandal fans, it’s been a while since you last heard from us, and we owe you an update. A lot has happened over the years, and life threw us a few curveballs.
First off, Charly, our incredible guitarist, underwent spine surgery and has sadly retired from the music scene. Nik had to step back as well, dealing with personal issues that demanded his full attention. As for Ralf Dee (YouTube) and Carlo (YouTube), they’ve been exploring their own creative paths. SCANDAL, as a band, lost some of its bite along the way.
Carlo, ever the seeker, has been diving into new musical adventures, joining different bands and exploring various styles. It’s all about broadening those horizons. And then came the pandemic. Just when we thought things couldn’t get more complicated, our jam room (rehearsal space) was completely flooded. It felt like the universe was conspiring against us.
But you know what they say in Germany: „Dead live longer.“ SCANDAL is still alive. We may have been knocked down, but we’re not giving in. Rumor has it Carlo is working on something new, something exciting that could breathe fresh life into the SCANDAL legacy.
So, stay tuned, because the story isn’t over yet. SCANDAL isn’t just a band—it’s a spirit, and you can’t keep a good spirit down.
